Colour charts

Choosing a shade on a screen or from memory often leads to surprises once the wall is painted. Our colour charts let you see colours for real, at home or on site, before you order your paint. You'll find compact colour cards, selections organised by colour family for walls and woodwork, both interior and exterior, more comprehensive boxed sets for architects and specifiers, as well as collection sample kits. They're just as useful for homeowners torn between two off-whites as for tradespeople who need a client to sign off on a proposal. For a one-off project, a colour card with a focused range is often enough: the colours are designed to work together, making it easier to pair walls, ceilings and joinery. If you regularly advise clients or work across several sites, a professional boxed set offers a wider choice and samples that are easier to present. Either way, check the shade on site at different times of day: the often grey, diffuse light in north-facing rooms here in Belgium noticeably darkens and cools colours. Hold the sample against the wall in question, close to the existing floors and furniture, rather than judging it under the shop lights.
