Small accessories
Small items get a reduced rate when the whole order fits into a single approved compact parcel (packaging included). Beyond that format, the standard rate applies: a handful of small items may still require a larger box.
Paints and standard products
These products ship at the standard rate, calculated by weight and destination. Free shipping from €149 in Belgium and from €189 in France (cart amount after discounts), excluding non-eligible items.
Heavy, pallet and bulky items
Heavy or oversized products follow their own rules: specific transport fees apply and are clearly shown before payment. They are not eligible for free shipping.
For a mixed cart, free shipping may cover the eligible parcels; transport fees for special items remain due. You only pay for the shipments actually needed to deliver the whole order.
Free pickup at the depot
You can pick up your order free of charge at our depot, by appointment: Rue Henri Brosteaux 82, 5070 Sart-Saint-Laurent (Belgium).
How costs are calculated
