These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern every purchase made on www.pygmalion.be. By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted them.

These terms may be amended at any time; the applicable version is the one in force on the day of the order.
Article 2 — Products and orders
Only products that can be added to the cart are available. The customer creates an account with personal, confidential credentials and provides accurate information. The order is finalised once payment is confirmed.
Article 3 — Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros incl. VAT and exclude shipping costs. Accepted methods: Bancontact, iDEAL, cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Alma and bank transfer (businesses). Orders paid by transfer are held for 96 hours.
Article 4 — Delivery and receipt
Delivery is made to the address provided; lead times are indicative. The customer inspects the parcel on receipt: any damaged parcel must be refused with reservations to the carrier and reported to Pygmalion.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have fourteen days after receipt to withdraw. Excluded: tinted or made-to-order paints, wallpaper with a batch number, personalised, opened or used products. Returns in original packaging, return costs borne by the customer, to the return address above.
Article 6 — Warranties and liability
Any claim for defect or non-conformity must be sent to [email protected] within seven business days, with photos. Excluded: normal wear, misuse, non-compliant installation, force majeure.
Article 7 — Intellectual property and data
The site's content is protected by intellectual property law. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 8 — Disputes and applicable law
In the event of a dispute, first contact [email protected]. Failing agreement: Belgian law applies, courts of the Mons district have jurisdiction. The French version prevails.
