This range brings together matt acrylic paints and preparation fillers designed for finishing work on walls and ceilings. The filler tubs (Expert’Liss, Expert’Joint, Expert’Ultim) are used to fill holes, treat plasterboard joints and smooth surfaces before painting. On the paint side, you’ll find matt whites such as Multicryl, Multimat+ or Acryl Inter, which can be applied by brush, roller or airless sprayer depending on the product. The large tub sizes are primarily aimed at painters and plasterers, but they also suit homeowners renovating an entire house. To make the right choice, start with the condition of the surface. On new plasterboard or a damaged wall, begin with a jointing compound or a skimming filler, then apply a first matt coat before the finishing coat. Next, check the intended use stated on each product sheet: some paints are for interior use only, while others, such as Multimat+, are also suitable for exterior use, an important criterion given Belgium’s damp climate. Finally, if you are working with an airless sprayer on large surfaces, choose a product whose data sheet explicitly mentions this application method.
