Evoluxane 15L is a water-based matte paint with polysiloxane resin, designed to deliver a deep matte finish without brush marks on your interior walls and ceilings. With strong opacity and wet abrasion resistance class 2, it is suitable for both renovation and new build projects. The low-VOC formulation makes it eligible for LEED, HQE and BREEAM environmental certifications.

Application advice
Ensure your substrates comply with NF DTU 59.1 standards. On new plaster and derivatives, apply a suitable primer (PRACTI PRIM, PRINTOPRIM, MUROPRIM or IMPRIMA depending on substrate). For existing coatings, check adhesion and prepare the surface accordingly.
Apply two coats of Evoluxane for optimal results. The product can be applied with a roller for large surfaces, a brush for finishing and a spray for projects requiring maximum productivity. Respect drying time between coats and work under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions.

The main advantage of Evoluxane lies in its combined primer and finish function: you save a step on your standard renovation projects. The presence of polysiloxane resins improves film breathability and strengthens resistance to soiling, particularly useful in high-traffic areas. For ceilings, use a roller with medium-pile length (12-14 mm) that will load the product well whilst avoiding splashes. On walls, the class 2 wet abrasion resistance meets the requirements of most living spaces, including busy corridors and entrance halls.

Is Evoluxane suitable for a bedroom or living space?
Absolutely. With a VOC content of less than 1 g per litre, well below the European limit of 30 g/L, Evoluxane is perfectly suited to bedrooms, living rooms and all habitable spaces. Its water-based formulation minimises odours during application.
Can two coats be applied on the same day?
Yes, Evoluxane can be recoated within the same day thanks to its fast drying time of 2 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity. This feature allows you to optimise project schedules and complete work more quickly.
What is the difference from standard acrylic paint?
Evoluxane incorporates polysiloxane resins that improve film breathability, soiling resistance and adhesion. Additionally, it combines primer and finish in a single product, whereas standard paint often requires a separate undercoat.
How much do I need to allow for a standard room?
With a coverage rate of 9 to 11 m² per litre, a 15-litre tin covers between 135 and 165 m² in one coat. For a 20 m² room, allow approximately 2 litres per coat, or 4 litres total for two coats.
Is Evoluxane resistant to cleaning?
