HeavyCoat 750E

The Wagner HeavyCoat 750E is designed for professionals tackling large-scale projects and hard-to-spray products. This electric hydraulic piston pump is built to apply heavy, viscous materials — thick paints, anti-corrosion coatings, bitumen or fire-retardant products — over surfaces exceeding 800 m², while running on a standard electrical supply.

Application tips

Before starting, check that the product to be sprayed is compatible with the installed nozzles: the heavy materials targeted by the HeavyCoat 750E often require wider nozzle orifices than standard paint. Fully rinsing the circuit before switching products prevents mixing or premature clogging.

On site, the sturdiness of the piston pump allows for extended use without overheating thanks to HydraStroke technology, but regular checks of the hydraulic oil level are still recommended to preserve motor longevity. Adjust the spray pressure according to the product's viscosity to ensure an even mist, particularly on vertical surfaces or large façades.

For optimal results on large surfaces, work in regular bands with consistent overlap, and use a hose length suited to the site layout to limit the need to move the unit.
