The Monture OP Process'® revolutionises site organisation by allowing a single adaptable pole to be used according to your needs. Thanks to its screw-on tip system, it integrates into the OP Process'® concept to reduce clutter and optimise the transport of your tools. Its design strengthens the rigidity of the complete Pole/Mount/Roller assembly, guaranteeing more precise application and better control during your painting and coating work.
Choose the mount size based on the roller width you normally use on your sites. Mounts of 180, 220 and 250 mm are suitable for large surface work, whilst the 40 and 80 mm formats are ideal for tight spaces and finishing work.
Screw the mount firmly onto your OP Process'® pole before use to ensure the rigidity of the complete assembly. This increased stability improves application comfort and result quality, particularly when working at height or over large areas.
Take advantage of the system's compatibility to adapt your pole to different project phases. A single handle can thus be used for paint application, coating with ParfaitLiss'®, or inspection with a grazing lamp, significantly reducing the volume of tools to transport.

Pygmalion tip: invest in several sizes of OP Process'® frames and a single telescopic pole to cover all your site needs. The screw-thread system eliminates play and vibration from classic clip systems, making all the difference when applying render with a roller to ceilings. Remember to degrease the thread from time to time and clean it after use to preserve threading quality. For high-level renovation projects, combine this frame with the 80 cm OP Process'® extension: you'll gain comfort and reduce back fatigue.
The OP Process'® frame comes in a screw-thread version (for poles 1766) and a clip version (for poles 1482 and 1480). The screw-thread system offers better rigidity and optimum force transmission, particularly appreciated for render application work. Check compatibility with your pole before purchase.
Choice depends on your application: the 40 mm frame is dedicated to corner render rollers, sizes 180 mm and 220 mm suit standard rollers for walls and ceilings, whilst the 250 mm is suited to large widths. For typical painting and render work, 180 mm or 220 mm covers most needs.
Absolutely. The OP Process'® system is designed to be modular: this frame accepts Multi-tool heads, corner trowel, ParfaitLiss'® connector, 80 cm extension, grazing light connector, ClipSystem range and hollow handle connector. That's the whole point of the concept: a single pole customisable according to the job.
Yes, the PBT connector is glass-bead reinforced specifically to guarantee mechanical strength suitable for professional use. Combined with the 8 mm diameter galvanised rod, the whole unit offers the solidity required for demanding sites. French manufacturing in L'Outil Parfait factories guarantees quality control.
