Parafoam Panelglue NBS

To quickly bond insulation panels without wasting time or material, Parafoam Panelglue NBS by DL Chemicals stands out as a reliable gun-applied solution, whether on ETICS sites or interior renovation work. This single-component PU foam bonds, insulates and seals in a single operation, which significantly simplifies work on flat roofs as well as on partition walls.

Application tips

Before application, the substrate must be clean, dry and free of dust or grease: any impurity impairs the foam's adhesion to the insulation panel or masonry. On aerated concrete, be sure to respect the 3-metre height limit for a non-load-bearing interior wall, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

The foam is applied with a gun, in regular beads across the entire bonding surface of the panel, allowing sufficient spacing for the product to expand without excess. For flat roofs and ETICS systems, apply the foam around the panel's edges and in a few central beads, then position the panel immediately before curing.

For sealing work, joint caulking or crack filling, a finer, more gradual application limits overflow and makes finishing easier once fully cured.
