Rubio Monocoat - Woodcream

Rubio WoodCream is a wax-based cream specifically designed for vertical outdoor wood: cladding, shutters, fences or wooden façades. Its water-repellent, breathable formula colours and protects the surface while making it water-resistant, without forming a surface film — the wood thus keeps its ability to breathe while gaining genuine resistance to the elements.

Application tips

The surface must be clean, dry and free of any residue from previous treatment before application. Thanks to its creamy texture, Rubio WoodCream does not drip and applies easily to vertical surfaces, without needing masking tape to protect adjacent areas.

The product can be applied in one or two coats depending on the desired colour intensity and level of protection. The water-repellent effect already shows after 3 hours, allowing you to plan more confidently for a shower at the end of the job.

A lint-free cloth or a brush suited to wood allows for an even, well-controlled application, with extra attention to the ends and areas most exposed to the elements.
