Pro tips

For renovation projects where you need to fill deep grooves, do not hesitate to apply multiple coats without waiting for complete drying between layers. The shrinkage-free formulation of the Reboucheur allows you to fill large depths in a single operation. However, make sure to properly fill the bottom of the groove on the first coat to avoid any risk of delamination.

When working on old painted surfaces, ensure that the paint is well adhered. Careful dusting significantly improves the adhesion of the filler. To optimise your working time, prepare only the quantity needed for 30 to 40 minutes of application, as the filler cannot be re-worked once hardening has started.

FAQ

Can I use the Reboucheur on all interior surfaces?

The Reboucheur can be applied to most new or renovated interior surfaces: plaster, plasterboard, gypsum board, concrete, cement, cellular concrete, concrete blocks, brick, stone and old painted surfaces. However, be aware that it is not suitable for bonded coverings or polystyrene, and must never be used outdoors.

What thickness can I apply in a single coat?

The Reboucheur allows application without thickness limits thanks to its shrinkage-free formulation. You can fill deep grooves or large holes in one or more coats as needed, with no risk of shrinkage cracks.

How long should I wait before painting?

The setting time is 12 to 24 hours depending on the thickness applied and ambient conditions. For thick coats or in high humidity, wait 24 hours to ensure complete drying before finishing.

How do I prepare the mixture correctly?

Pour water into a clean container, then gradually add the powder following a dosage of 50% water. Stir until you obtain a homogeneous paste without lumps. The prepared mixture remains usable for 30 to 40 minutes, so only prepare the quantity needed for this duration.

What packaging options are available for the Reboucheur?

The Reboucheur is available in several formats tailored to the needs of both DIY users and professionals: 1 kg box, 5 kg bucket, 5 kg bag, 15 kg bag and 25 kg bag for large projects.
