Application Guidelines

Assemble tools according to work stage: use 40 or 80 mm mounts for first coats on standard joints, switch to 180 mm mount for finishing coats. The screw-on system guarantees maximum stability that eliminates vibration and improves accuracy of application.

For internal corners, use the angle trowel with adjustable ball joint, which allows adjustment to suit site conditions. The Roll'Enduit® roller ensures perfect flatness from the first coat thanks to consistent thickness application. Finish with the ParfaitLiss'®Rigid 35 cm to remove surplus and achieve a paint-ready surface.

Clean all tools immediately after use with clean water to maintain blade and polyamide fibre quality. Storage in the case protects your tools between projects and facilitates transport to site.

Pro tips

The modular OP Process'® system is particularly appreciated on renovation sites with limited work space. Take advantage of the customisation options: assemble only the necessary elements for each stage rather than carrying the full set. For large surface areas, prioritise 180 mm sleeves which significantly speed up the pace. The rigidity of the screw system makes all the difference on ceilings: you gain precision and reduce arm tension.

Pygmalion tip: keep the complete case to avoid losing connectors between jobs. Belgian craftsmen appreciate the compatibility with ready-to-use fillers commonly used in Belgium, as well as the ease of cleaning with water, compliant with current environmental standards.

FAQ

Is the OP Process'® system compatible with all types of filler?

The system is optimised for ready-to-use filler paste, airless machine application and roller-applied filler. The Roll'Enduit® design guarantees consistent thickness with these types of filler commonly used for joint tapes.

What is the difference between the screw system and traditional systems?

The screw OP Process'® system significantly improves the rigidity of the entire pole-tool assembly compared to traditional clip fixings. This increased rigidity results in greater precision during application, fewer vibrations and reduced fatigue, particularly when working at height or on ceilings.

Can I purchase individual elements to complete my case?

The modular concept of the OP Process'® system indeed allows you to add poles, connectors or sleeves as needed. Contact your Pygmalion adviser to find out about the availability of elements compatible with your case.

How should I maintain the tools after use?

Clean all tools with clear running water immediately after each use. The high-resilience polyamide fibres of the sleeves retain their properties if rinsed before the filler dries. Dry the stainless steel blades well to prevent oxidation and store the elements in the case to preserve their integrity.

Is the case suitable for homeowners or only for professionals?

Although designed to meet the requirements of painter craftsmen, the case is perfectly suited to homeowners undertaking major renovation work. The modular system allows for gradual familiarisation, and French manufacturing quality guarantees a professional result even for less experienced users.
