Always connect your sander to an effective dust extraction system to get the most from this sanding disc. The micro-perforated mesh removes dust continuously, preventing disc clogging and maintaining optimal performance throughout sanding. Start with a grit size suited to your surface condition: 80 or 120 for coarse sanding, 180 to 240 for preparation, 320 to 800 for fine finishes.
Check that your sander's pad is clean and the self-adhesive system adheres properly. Apply moderate pressure and let the disc do the work: excessive pressure reduces efficiency and lifespan. For fillers and primers, use grit sizes 120 to 180. On lacquers and delicate finishes, opt for grit sizes 320 and above.

What is the difference between Abranet® and a standard perforated abrasive disc?

Are these discs compatible with my orbital sander?
