Application Advice

Select the grit size according to the work stage: start with grits 80 to 120 for dressing polyester fillers or removing old coats, then progress to grits 180 to 240 for pre-painting preparation. Fine grits 320 to 500 suit inter-coat lacquer sanding, whilst grits 600 and 800 deliver satin finishes on lacquers and composite surfaces.

Always connect your sander to an extraction system to fully exploit Abranet's dust-free properties. The micro-perforated mesh enables optimal debris extraction across the entire disc surface, preventing premature clogging. Ensure the self-adhesive pad on your machine is clean and in good condition to guarantee perfect disc adhesion.
