The Abranet® Ø 34 mm sanding disc with micro-perforated mesh revolutionises precision sanding on small surfaces. Thanks to its woven polyamide structure and self-adhesive system, this multi-purpose disc eliminates up to 95% of dust while offering a lifespan up to 5 times longer than traditional abrasives. Perfectly suited for sanding filler, primers, lacquers and composites, it works equally well for mechanical sanding and dry manual sanding.

Application Tips
Select the grain size according to your substrate and desired finish: start with grain 80 to 120 for tackling filler or thick coatings, then progress to 240-320 for intermediate finishes on primers. Grains 400 to 800 are reserved for fine finishing on lacquers and varnishes.
When sanding, apply light and consistent pressure. The mesh structure does the work: excessive pressure will not speed up sanding but may reduce the disc's lifespan. Ensure your tool is connected to a suitable extraction system to fully benefit from dust capture.
