This category features a moss, algae and lichen treatment designed for masonry facades, roofs and terraces. Ready to use, it works without rinsing and can be applied both as a cure, to remove established green and black growth, and as a preventive measure, to delay its return on surfaces exposed to the damp Belgian climate. It is suitable for brick, render, stone, concrete and other building materials, with the exception of wood. Professionals and DIYers alike use it mainly as a preparation step before painting or applying a water repellent. The product is authorised by the Belgian FPS Public Health (no. 3708B). To choose the right pack size, allow 1 litre per 5 to 10 m² depending on the porosity and soiling of the surface. The 5 L size is enough for a terrace or low wall, while the 20 L size is better suited to a full facade or roof. Before painting, leave the product to work for a few days so the growth dries out, then brush off the residue. Wear gloves and safety glasses, as the product can irritate the skin and eyes. Prevent any run-off into drains, ponds and planted areas, as it is toxic to aquatic life.
