Application tips

Lirio's non-woven backing makes hanging much easier: the paste is applied directly to the wall, which avoids pasting the strip itself and reduces the risk of bubbling. A sound, dry and perfectly smooth wall remains essential, however, to reveal the full potential of the covering's metallic reflections.

Work strip by strip, following the free match, which simplifies aligning the striped patterns. Use a soft smoothing brush so as not to mark the laminated texture, and gently push out any air from the centre towards the edges.

For renovation projects, dry stripping allows the covering to be removed without soaking the wall surface underneath, a valuable advantage for occupied job sites.
