Estimated delivery: 24-48h
The Façade HR 24 roller sleeve from L'outil Parfait is designed for applying exterior paints on rough and irregular surfaces. Thanks to its 24 mm twisted continuous-filament polyamide pile, it absorbs and deposits a consistent thickness of paint, even on heavily textured renders, while guaranteeing optimal covering power.
Before first use, dampen the roller sleeve with clean water and wring it out to remove loose fibres. This step ensures better absorption from the very first passes. For highly textured façades, load the roller sleeve generously without soaking it excessively to avoid drips.
Work in sections of 1 to 2 m² using crosshatch strokes to even out the coat. The 24 mm pile penetrates effectively into the hollows of the render and ensures uniform filling. Use a telescopic handle for overhead surfaces to maintain consistent pressure.
After use, clean the roller sleeve immediately with water or appropriate solvent depending on the paint type. Careful wringing and flat drying extend the life of the twisted pile.

On old or highly porous renders, a first pass diluted to 5-10% saturates the substrate before the main coat. This prevents the 'orange peel' effect and guarantees an even final finish. The HR 24 roller sleeve handles this two-step process without losing its shape or shedding fibres.
Remember to check the condition of the bevelled edges regularly: if they fray, replace the roller sleeve to maintain clean finishes at corners and joints. A worn roller sleeve leaves demarcation marks that are difficult to correct, especially with dark colours.
