Application advice
Surface preparation is essential for optimal results. Remove all non-adhering paint by stripping and sanding. Clean dirt, grease and loose materials with Fluren 37. Water-soluble discolourations, nicotine and soot must be cleaned with Fluren 49, then treated with Iso Primer. Sand hard and smooth surfaces, then apply Fix Primer if necessary. Fill cracks, irregularities and holes. New or stripped wood must be primed with Stop Primer.
Apply 1 to 2 coats depending on the surface and chosen colour. Some shades may require additional coats for optimal coverage. Use a brush, roller or spray gun according to desired finish. Apply wet-on-wet and finish by brushing or rolling in the same direction. Ensure material temperature during application is at least 12°C. Avoid condensation during drying and hardening. Always use the same batch number for continuous surfaces to prevent colour variations.
