Prestonett Wood is a powder-based repair filler specifically designed for filling and restoring all types of wood, both indoors and outdoors. Easy to prepare by simply mixing with water, it offers a professional solution for restoring joinery, timber work, furniture and damaged wooden elements, regardless of the extent of the damage.

Application Advice

Prepare the substrate by removing all non-adhering, crumbly or decayed parts. The wood must be clean, sound and dry. Mix the powder with clean water until you obtain a homogeneous consistency and apply the product within 60 minutes. You can tint the mixture using universal colorants to match the colour of the wood being repaired.

Apply the filler by generously filling holes, cracks or gaps. Once dry, Prestonett Wood becomes very hard and allows all finishes: sanding, drilling, carving and painting. For larger exterior repairs, apply in multiple coats, respecting the drying time between each coat. The sandable product facilitates achieving a perfectly smooth surface before finishing.
