Estimated delivery: 24-48h
The Valise OP PROCESS'® brings together all the essential tools for your plastering and joint filling projects, from the first to the third coat. This complete kit, developed by L'Outil Parfait, is based on a screw-fixed pole system that improves the rigidity of the whole and allows you to customise your configuration according to the project stage. Designed to prevent musculoskeletal disorders, this technical and lightweight tool makes working at height easier while guaranteeing professional finishing.
The modular system allows you to adapt your configuration to each project stage. Use the 80 mm sleeve in the first coat to fill between the tapered edges of plasterboard, the 180 mm sleeve in the second coat to fill along both sides of joints, and the 40 mm sleeve with its special reservoir for corner treatment. The Roll'Enduit® guarantees consistent application thickness and perfect flatness with ready-to-use joint compounds, spray-applied compounds or roller-applied compounds.
The TriFlex'® knife ensures optimal tape tensioning thanks to reinforced supports from the double blade. For finishing, alternate between ParfaitLiss'® Light for large surfaces and ParfaitLiss'® Rigid for areas requiring more rigidity. The screw-fixed system significantly improves the stability of the whole, reducing fatigue when working at height.
Powder compounds may also be suitable, provided you favour air-dry formulations rather than set-type formulations, prepared in a fairly fluid consistency. The angle trowel with ball joint allows you to adjust the working angle precisely according to your project requirements.

For renovation projects or frequent high ceilings in Belgium, the modularity of OP Process'® rods makes all the difference. Assemble the 2x1 m configuration for greater heights, then switch to the 2x0,7 m rod for lower areas without changing tools. Rinse the Roll'Enduit'® sleeves with water immediately after use to protect the polyamide fibres and ensure their longevity.
Tradespeople appreciate the light weight of the complete system, which genuinely reduces fatigue over a full working day. The screw system eliminates play and vibration sometimes found with standard clip systems, for precise control when smoothing at height.
The Roll'Enduit'® is designed for ready-mixed fillers, Airless machine fillers and roller-applied fillers. Some powder fillers are also suitable, preferably drying rather than setting type, prepared with a fairly fluid consistency to ease application.
The ParfaitLiss'® Light features a tempered stainless steel blade of 0.3 mm, more flexible and lightweight, ideal for large surfaces and standard finishes. The ParfaitLiss'® Rigid offers superior rigidity for enhanced control when smoothing thicker fillers or on less even surfaces.
The case includes OP Process'® connectors specific to the screw system of the range. Multi-tool connectors, OP Process'® mounting brackets and ClipSystem'® connectors as well as connectors for hollow handles are available separately to extend compatibility.
Rinse stainless steel blades and knives with clean water after each use. Roll'Enduit'® sleeves should be rinsed immediately to prevent filler hardening in the polyamide fibres. Regularly check the tightness of screw connections to maintain optimal rigidity.
The OP PROCESS'® system addresses both experienced plasterers and professionals in training. Tool ergonomics and the Roll'Enduit'® make achieving consistent results easy, even with moderate experience. The complete kit covers all jointing stages from purchase.
