Application tips

Before starting, check that the chosen nozzle code matches the product to be sprayed: the reference determines both the flow rate and the spray width, two parameters that directly affect the quality of the finish. A test on an offcut or an inconspicuous area lets you validate the setting before tackling large surfaces.

Adjust the pressure gradually, starting from the lower end of the recommended range (55 bar), and only increase it if the spray pattern remains irregular. Keep a constant distance between the nozzle and the surface, and work in criss-cross passes to limit build-up on overlaps.

When it comes to equipment, pair this nozzle with a suitable Wagner gun and keep an upstream filter clean: reduced pressure doesn't mean you can skip regular maintenance of the spray system.
