Application tips
Before applying, make sure the surface (concrete, cement, plaster, brick or already painted surface) is clean, dry and free from dust or greasy residue. On a porous or new surface, a suitable primer will help even out absorption and optimise the final result of the Dekso 20 H2O.
The product can be applied as is or diluted up to 10% depending on the surface and the tool used. The roller remains the tool of choice for DIY enthusiasts, while airless application is recommended for large surfaces or professional projects, guaranteeing a smooth, even finish.
Clean tools with water immediately after use, before the paint starts to dry on them.

On heavily used surfaces such as busy hallways or kitchens, we recommend crossing two thin coats rather than applying one thick layer: the satin finish of Dekso 20 H2O reveals its depth and cleaning resistance best when the film is applied evenly, without local build-up that would create uneven shiny patches.
For airless application, slightly adjusting the dilution (close to the maximum 10% allowed) makes it easier to feed the gun without compromising the coverage or the final resistance of the film. This is a setting many DIY users overlook, using the product undiluted, to the detriment of smooth application over large surfaces.
