Application tips

Apply the sample to a clean, dry surface, lightly sanded if necessary, avoiding overly absorbent or uneven areas that could distort the colour result. A neutral piece of cardboard or board can also be used as a test surface, provided you move it around different areas of the room to judge the effect under various lighting conditions.

Use a small brush or foam roller for even application over an area of at least 30 x 30 cm, to get a realistic view of the colour once dry. Let it dry completely before judging the final result, as the shade may change slightly as it dries.

Don't hesitate to test several samples side by side if you're torn between different shades: a direct comparison is often more telling than a colour chart alone.
