ZINSSER® BULLS EYE 1-2-3 PLUS is a universal primer based on aqueous epoxy ester resin that revolutionises the preparation of your interior and exterior projects. With its remarkable hiding power and adhesion to virtually all surfaces without pre-sanding, this primer-sealer saves you valuable time whilst guaranteeing a perfect base for your finishes.

Application advice
Apply BULLS EYE 1-2-3 PLUS between 10°C and 25°C at relative humidity below 85%. Stir the product thoroughly before use and apply by brush, roller or spray gun, maintaining a wet film thickness of 80 to 110 micrometres. For very porous surfaces or stubborn stains, a second coat may be necessary.
On new or galvanised metal surfaces, first remove any rust traces and clean with an appropriate cleaner. For exterior applications, ensure the topcoat is applied the same day. The primer can be tinted with a maximum of 1% universal colourant for pastel shades.
Practical coverage varies depending on substrate porosity, roughness and application losses. Always provide sufficient material taking account of these site-specific factors.

BULLS EYE 1-2-3 PLUS is recoatable after 1 hour under normal conditions (20°C, 50% humidity). For stain blocking, wait 2 hours, and 24 hours for tannin stains. Outdoors, the topcoat must be applied the same day.
Is this primer suitable for bedrooms or sensitive spaces?
